Apps I use! 
Fitness apps
*For tracking my running I love to use RunKeeper. It keeps track of calories, your average pace for each minute, every mile, and your over all run, it also has a map showing every where you ran and of course how far!
* Also while I run I use this totally fun app called Zombies, run! Basically there's been a zombie apocolypse and your working with a team of survivors. As you run you listen to the story line and collect items to bring back to base to build it up. Its a great distraction on my longs runs and such a good story!

Food Apps
* For tracking calories in and calories burned I found the easiest app is MyFitnessPal. All you have to do is scan the bar code of the product and it logs all the information! It also shows a break down of how much of your diet is Carbs, Fat, and protein, which is really important to pay attention too!
*When ever I know I'm going out to eat I always rely on Restaurants to help plan out what I'm going to eat. They have just about every chain restaurant on there with all the nutrition information you need.
*When grocery shopping I'll use Fooducate. All you do is scan the bar code and it grades the product, along with all the goods and bads about it. It then will offer healthier alternatives.

Tons and tons of super healthy recipes, work out videos, work out clothes, work out programs and more!!! I love to do the pilates videos on cross training days and when I'm out of town I'll do the cardio videos sometimes.
